"I had the good fortune of having German cater for my 50th birthday party in April, and it really made the event a success. From the planning and preparation in the weeks and days before, to the cooking and service on the day, the whole thing worked like clockwork, and took a huge amount of stress away from the organization of the event. This was no easy feat, given that I had chosen an outdoor “asado” style BBQ on natural wood for 100 guests. The BBQ itself was the talking point of the party, and although luckily it didn’t rain on the day, German was ready with a gazebo, just in case.
